Last CaT edition of this academic year is out now!

In this edition, our writers will introduce you to the research of Guido Mul, the candidate 58th board and gecko inspired adhesives, amongst others. Even though the association has been largely on a hold, our members have not been quiet; Julia Peper tells us about her internship during a German lockdown, while our Commissioner of Internal Affairs lists some activities our members have organized since the last edition. Later in the magazine you can enjoy a read about an endeavour wherein Esli Diepenbroek and Maarten Jager have been active in for the last few months: the UTChallenge! Sadly, Corona has again had some influence on this quartile; the already postponed Lustrum could not be celebrated, and also the BuCo-2021 trip to Chile was cancelled. Luckily, for most of the participants an alternative trip has been organized. Instead of exotic Chile, beachy Croatia was picked. The growing activity in the CaT is a testimony to the improved conditions of the Corona situation as a whole, and I can really say I hope this will be the last version in which the ‘C-word’ will be mentioned, and we will all return to the new-old normal.
